You’ve signed up for RestockPro and you’re ready to get started. Fantastic! This is a wonderful step towards improving your efficiency as a business owner. Along with your enthusiasm, however, you might be feeling a little confusion. Fortunately, we are here to support you!

One of the first things you should do is learn your workflow. It’s a good idea to have your process mapped out so that you can easily identify what’s working well and what needs improving.

As a RestockPro user, a simple way to save time is to fine tune the Restock Suggestions display. With access to more than 70 attributes to help you maximize your profits, you will be able to create a truly customized experience within the automation tool. Best of all, it’s really easy to do!

Control Your Display

The first step in the customization process is to click on the Grid Menu (the icon that looks like a hamburger) in the upper right corner of an individual supplier’s page or the [All Suppliers] page. You will be able to make changes based on your display size and preferences.

You will also want to determine which columns you want to make visible. Initially, you might be overwhelmed by all of the data you see, so take your time and really get familiar with all the tool has to offer.

Once you feel comfortable, review the columns and decide which ones you want to monitor. While you will ultimately decide which ones to watch, some that you may find most useful include SKU, EM (estimated margin), recent sales, competitive sellers and whether, Inc. (“Amazon”) offers the item. There are many, many options so feel free to play around and see which configuration works best for your needs.

Columns and Rows

We all have our own preferences for how we like things displayed, which is extremely important when you’re working with a large amount of information. Within RestockPro, you can change the order of the columns by simply dragging and dropping so that reviewing them feels more intuitive.

Users can also adjust the height of the rows by toggling between the default grid, which includes four attributes in each column, and the simple grid, which displays just one attribute. Along with your preferences, consider your display size when selecting the best option from the Grid Menu.

Click and Sort to Compare

When you are reviewing numbers and small details, it can help to make everything a little bigger. RestockPro’s menu option allows you to easily toggle between the full screen mode and restore grid settings.

You can also click each column’s name to sort the data. Click once to sort ascending, a second time for descending, and again to remove the sort. Using these features makes it so much easier to save time as you compare attributes between products.
